The Adventures of Little Josh and Adartgicgul - Issue 4

Little Josh stayed with the sack of money and watched as the knights carried off Adartgicgul.

He rolled a boulder over the sack of money lodging it between the rocks.

He could hear the rapid flapping of wings getting closer and closer. Little Josh snuck into a cave-like opening, positioning himself to see what was coming.

Bleo landed on the rocks turning his head from side to side and hopping from rock to rock. "I'm sure the money landed over here," beaked off Bleo to himself.

"Got you," Little Josh said, as he grabbed Bleo across the back.

"Aark, you got me, aark."

"Looking for something?" Little Josh closed one of his eyes and stared down Bleo's beak into his black beady eyes.

"Enough with the staring already. Can't a bird look for food on the ground around here?"

Little Josh pulled back, while still holding Bleo across his back. "You are a sly one. He reached into his pocket, pulled out some grain, fed it to Bleo and released him on the ground. Little Josh sat and watched as Bleo ate.

As he got up and began to walk away, Bleo flew on his shoulder. "So, what's you name?"

"I'm called Little Josh."

"Me old Capitan called me Bleo. I like you Josh. Thanks for the food. See you soon." Bleo flew in the direction of the knights, and swooped down, circling them. "Aark, aark. Lousy thief, you Adartgicgul, lousy thief. Then, he flew off.

"Arr, me trusty friend. You're back. Did you see that scoundrel, Adartgicgul?"

"Shiny feather head men on horses captured Adartgicgul. Be coming this way, me Capitan."

"Then, we must prepare a welcoming party for the king's knights. After all, it's his birthday. Arr!" Written by L.N.C.

We place expectations on ourselves on a daily basis without realizing the consequences.

Negative expectations lead to disastrous outcomes. Positive expectations could transform your entire life, and shine a light for others to see. This is what I call the Psychological Magnet Pull; drawing positive energy into you by the way you respond to your circumstances.

Think and be positive, and let’s all enjoy life as it was meant to be lived.
May the blessings of God be with you and yours.

The Adventures of Little Josh and Adartgicgul - Issue 3

Adartgicgul quickly hid himself from the knights, between the hillside and the river banks, where the road leads to the king's courts.

"What am I going to do?" Adartgicgul asked himself, pulling himself together cringing like the worm that he is.

Little Josh bellowed from deep within him, right from the bottom of his stomach, the loudest sound that he could make, "Adartgicgul, you stole my lunch, you lousy thief!"

"What was that?" shouted the leading knight, raising up his hand signaling to the others to stop.

"Hark, hark. Hi, me maties lousy thief...is Adartgicgul...lousy thief."

"Sir Casperron, up in the tree! It's a colourful talking bird. It just flew by the river bank. A bird like that would please the king."

"I agree," said Sir Casperron.

Bleo, the talking bird flew over and circled Adartgicgul's cringed up body.

"Hark, hark, lousy thief...hark, lousy thief..."

The knights surrounded Bleo.

"Hi, me maties and bye me maties. Bleo free," he cried, and flew across the river.

"Show yourself, now," commanded Sir Casperron.

"It is I," answered Adartigicgul, trembling with fear.

"What manner of filthy beast are you? asked Sir Casperron. "Do you not know the laws of Rodneons?" Written by L.N.C.

"Where did this talking bird come from?"

"What will become of Adartgicgul?"

Will Little Josh keep the money? Will he save Adartgicgul by returning the money? Adartgicgul is already in trouble for being filthy, so it seems.

Release Me from Within.

Let not the troubles of the world overthrow me. I ask of thee to empower my spirit from within.

Arise, my spirit, arise. Reach out from within and embrace the power of Love. Be the beacon that shines in the darkest places, where there once was no light.

Let there be light, my child!

Radiate, my spirit being, radiate - the world cannot exist without you.

When the world was formed, so were you. We walked hand in hand, with Love and Freedom, for the world to see.

You ask, "Who is that child?" - You are the one, my spirit being.

Arise, my spirit being, arise, for you are that child. Written by L.N.C.

The Adventures of Little Josh and Adartgicgul - Issue #2

Adartgicgul's sack, with the king's money, went flying.

Little Josh saw when the sack of money landed between the rocks.

"Now, look what you have done. You made me lose the king's money." The giant Adartgicgul frantically searched for the sack of money, but did not find it. He knew he was in trouble with the king. He could lose his land or even his life.

What will Adartgicgul do? His sack-like clothing was filthy, dripping mud and moss, and no one can enter the king's court looking filthy.

"Adartgicgul," shouted Josh, "your mud moss wig looks good on you." Josh laughed out loudly.

The giant grabbed hold of a small tree, roots and all, and swung it at Josh's head.

Josh ducked out of the way and disappeared.

Little Josh knew the hillside very well. The land once belonged to his family; so his great great grand pappie showed in the family tree (that would be the deed).

"We will meet again Josh. This time I will have you for lunch."

"I expect you to be in trouble soon because here come the king's horses," Josh's voice echoed in the distance. Written by L.N.C.

What is Baptism without Honour?

Between the state of the conscious and the subconscious, that place where you are neither awake nor sleeping; I felt anger stirred in my spirit.

I was angry with people who had been taking potshots at me over the years. I have not moved to do anything to harm them.

But this time, I felt the time had come to pull my swords. I had a physical sword and a spiritual sword. I had no intention of using them but only to let them know and see what was in my hands, and that I could have done damage over and beyond.

Yet still in my spirit I remembered these words, “He that lives by the sword, shall die by the sword.” That moment prompted me to turn to God and asked, “What should I do?” I have not hurt any of these people or done anything wrong to them - and yet all of these people were Christian folks.

No sooner had I asked this question, a still voice in my spirit stirred, and this question was posed by way of an answer, “What is baptism without honour?” Immediately, I put my swords down, and felt an overwhelming peace that gave me joy and victory within, because those who attacked poked and took their potshots at me, it was now revealed that, yes, they were Christians, but they had no honour. And yes, I have been showing honour. Written by L.N.C.

Is this state of consciousness that Matthew 7:22,23 states: “Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me. You who act wickedly (disregarding My commands).”

Galatians 6:10
So then, as opportunity offers, let us practice what is beneficial for every one, but particularly toward the members of the family of faith.

The Spirit In Us Said

Go the distance and succeed. It's your birthright, you see
You look at me 24-7, and still you see none
Even in my majestic glory, my spirit overwhelmed for the world to see
Never give in
Never give up
Never give up what's right
Never quit because I made you just right in my eyes and my image

Expectation 101

A man said, “Lord have mercy.”
God asked him, “How much? Will that be in metric or imperial?”
The man answered, “Well, metric is what we use, so, I guess metric.”
The Lord replied, “Metric it is. Because you followed the way of the world, you get little. Didn’t you know I am the Imperial Majesty – I am big, large and in charge.” LOL. Written by L.N.C.

One day, Adartgicgul, the giant, met Little Josh by the river and took his lunch.

"Hey, Adartgicgul," exclaimed Little Josh, "I expect to see you fall, soon."

The giant laughed and laughed. He could not see how busy Little Josh was as he was tying both his shoes.

Splat! went the giant, "I did not expect that," he yelled.

"But I did," replied Little Josh. Written by L.N.C.
